Walmart delivered one table. There was no box, just a plastic wrapper. I asked them to send me the other three tables. There is a 'disconnect' between the online ordering and the store. They would not send me the other three tables. They told me I had to send that one table back, in the box, and then they would refund me the whole cost of the four tables. I told them I didn't have a box, and would you reimburse me for the cost of a box? They said no. This level of inflexibility, inadequate computer systems and incompetence is incredible. I've spent five hours on this already between talking to at least six people, writing letters and e-mails. I'm thinking of going to the corporate level because the local people are so useless. I am furious with them. I will never ever ever set foot in a store again, nor will I ever order online.
Description of Work: I ordered a set of four TV Tables from Walmart online.
