Spray Foam Insulation

The contractor who re-modeled our bathroom above our crawlspace removed most of the insulation underneath and never replaced it. Grrrr. I tried to get under there myself to fix the insulation, but there is only 22and quot; of clearance and about 11and quot; where a drain pipe runs the length of the space. I have had back issues in the past and decided this was not going to be a good idea for me. I checked Angie's List and the BBB and found this company. When I talked to Dennis, I was at work and he was able to swing by that day to look at the space to see if they could do it. I didn't have to come home as the access was from the outside. He called me back later that afternoon and said he could do it that same day. I was thrilled. His price was also very reasonable I thought. When I got home from work, we looked at their work and everything looked like it was done properly. He left a bill in the front door. He also called back the next day just to follow up and make sure everything looked OK with their work. I figured with a job this small, some companies might not want to bother, so I very much appreciate them taking a job I couldn't do myself. The only thing I was disappointed about was that I didn't get to meet them in person. Next time, I guess.

I didn't want to and quot;rateand quot; this job until we had experienced a spell of Bluegrass winter weather. Since the insulation was installed, the temps have ranged from teens to the 70s. When in the teens, our feet aren't freezing anymore and the house seems comfortable throughout. No more drafty cold spots in the hallway or around the base of the kitchen cabinets. So, I'm please with the final result. I was also pleased that they showed up on time, did the job without a lot of fuss, and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend them to anyone who is considering an insulation job.
