 + -1 moreI ordered a washer and dryer weeks ago. Was called and told they would be delivered on Sat, between 2 and 6 pm. Truck arrived at 8:15 with no dryer. I had told them to deliver both at the same time. Was told by the store the next day that they were informed two days before that the dryer wasn't coming at that time. No one called to tell me. A waste of a complete day . Yesterday, was suppose to be delivered again between 2 and 6. Called the store at 6:19. They said they contacted the driver and he would be here within the hour. At 11:30 I finally gave up and went to bed. No phone call, no nothing. Another wasted day. Undoubtedly, the customer is not that important to them. Why in both cases was I not contacted? Why is my order the last one to be scheduled? Why is there a total lack of regard for my time? Oh yeah! they have my money and don't care.
Description of Work: The provider has continually not told the truth. They haven't done anything and that's the problem.
