This was the most frustrating experience I've ever had w/ a GroupOn. Basically the provider was rude via email, unprofessional to try and get a date scheduled when they would perform the service, and then the service (when it finally happened) was absolutely appalling.
It was almost as if they intentionally mowed over a few of my son's toys (that were absolutely obvious and coulda been avoided w/ even a minimal effort).
The front yard looked like huge gashes were mowed in it, and the mulch was scattered all over it.
Moreover, big chunks of the front and backyard looked like they were just MISSED. I mean seriously, it was so bad that we took pictures b/c I was about to get them and GroupOn on the phone to demand that one of them apologize to us and give us our money back.
Please avoid this company at all costs.
