"Thank you for your response. On 12/11/2014 when you called the office I spoke with you about the above problems. After our phone call you stated that you would like for us to keep working with you but would request a different technician and would call us in the future. I am not sure what happened between that phone call and this review. Your comments stated that it did not go well, and you did not think the serviceman knew what he was doing. The technician that worked on your unit has over 7 years of experience in commercial and residential units. If we did not think he was capable of working on your unit we wouldn't have sent him out there. To my knowledge ( and you confirmed ) your unit is still working perfectly fine after we fixed it and adjusted the LP pressure on the gas valve on 11/3/2014. The comment " the furnace caught fire for a few seconds" - We were working in coordination with the gas company that was there. When the gas company turned the pressure on, the rubber plug on the gas valve came out. The gas fume ignited just for a few seconds. There was no damage done to the unit or any surrounding materials. The unit itself did not catch on fire. We apologize for any confusion and would like to work with you in the future."
"Thank you for your response. The first crew that came out was told about the duct problem at the furnace--they had no reason to believe that other pieces of the duct were damaged. Our technicians were going to check the vents but the wife said that the air flow was good inside. In regards to being late--we had other calls ahead of you that were already scheduled and they took longer that expected. However, we do understand that a phone call should have been made so we apologized for that. Its not that the calls ahead of you were any more important than your problem because every call is important just sometimes a job can take 20 minutes and some can take 2 hours unexpectedly. We received your phone call the next morning and made sure you were the first call of the day. We re-worked our schedule to get you taken care of the very next day. July is a very busy month and we have customers who call on a Monday and cant get taken care of until Tuesday afternoon. Thank you for your review--we love hearing from our customers good or bad. We will make sure everything is addressed in our next meeting!"
for punctuality, they arrived two hour late due to their previous job, so I rate it "B-good".
for professionalism, the technician are friendly and polite. But because they wear the shoe inside the house without any protection (like plastic shoe wrap), i rate it "B-good".
"[member name removed], thank you for this review and bringing to our attention about wearing protective coverings on our shoes. I will plan on buying more of those so they can use them in the future. In regards to being late I do apologize for that but on the jobs that were before you they ran a bit over. We never know exactly how long a job will last when there is something wrong with a unit. Glad we could get your unit up and running for you."
"Thank you [Removed Member Name] for your response on here. I'm so sorry that it took 3 days to get to you but that was the soonest we could respond. We have been slammed with no a/c calls and we had to put you on a list in the order that the calls came in. Hopefully when you call us back in the future we will be able to get to you right away. We really appreciate you calling us."
"Thanks for comments [Member name removed]. See you on your next service."
"Thank you for your kind words. See you on your next service."
"Thank you Hope for putting your comments here on Angie's list. That was very nice of you to take the time out of your schedule to do this. It is much appreciated."
"Thank you [Removed Member Name] for you vote of confidence. It is much appreciated."
"Member, Thank you so much for your kind words. As you stated this was a revolutionary advancement in the mini-split system that we installed for you. We are so happy that you are enjoying your new units. Should you need us in the future please give us a call and thank you for the dessert roll that you gave to the installers. They shared it with us and it was very good."
"I'm so sorry to say that this customer has responded to our company and we are not the one who did her work. Wish it could have been us though."
