They were good. They were very reliable. Pricewise, they might be probably a little bit overpriced. I'm not really sure about that but they do great services. They did a great job. The price was reasonable. Some people are trying to overcharge so we have to watch that. I've checked with my neighbors about different vendors and it's ridiculous sometimes. I think they were okay. The price was satisfactory. It was worth it because the guy knew what he was doing. He was very good. The quality was good.

Due to an ice storm that hit a nearby town Arlington had to reschedule.  Unlike other contractors I have dealt with the owner was upfront and honest about the situation and we were able to reschedule a few weeks later.  His crew arrived on time, performed the work quickly and knew their business.  I highly recommend this business.

As a single mother, I worry when I have to handle contractors for home matters, so when my tree fell during a storm, I was really concerned about who to call. After checking Angie's List, I called Kenneth at Arlington on Monday morning. After asking several questions, he gave me a quote over the phone of $200-$300. He was very nice and made me feel like my job was important to him. He told me he would try to get out on Tuesday or Wednesday, depending on how much work he had after a weekend of bad storms. His crew showed up Tuesday morning and got right to work. Due to the overabundance of downed tree calls in the area, they were unable to bring a chipper, but they loaded the tree and all of the debris into a truck and made 2 trips to dispose of it. They left my yard with barely a leaf to prove the tree had been there. The workers were very polite and professional and cleaned up EVERYTHING! I will definitely use them again!

The tree was cut down in less than four hours. The crew working the job did excellent work, keeping the debris out of the yard. It began to rain, so they had to leave before the stump was removed, but they returned on Monday, 6/30/14, and finished the job. Kenneth was great to work with and I would definitely use them again.

Excellent!! Arrived for estimate on time. Was willing to work with my schedule as long as I was also flexible. Cutting crew arrived on time an finished tree removal in about 2 hrs. Good quality equipment that enabled crew to work quickly and efficiently. Crew was very skilled. I had a fence within 1 foot of tree and they never touched it during the removal. Very minimal impact to the yard. Stump and roots removed the next week. They were there and gone before I knew it. Complete removal.

Professional service. I asked for estimate and received next day. Once decision was made to accept estimate, they scheduled site visit and removed tree. Once completed, cleanup left doubt that anyone had been in yard.

The workers arrived on time and the cut the tree down and grinded down the tree stump. They cleaned up the area after the cutting and grinding. Very professional operation and courteous people.
