This was for my sister-in-law's father who I met only once at their wedding. The funeral was several states away in Kentucky. I don't like to use FTD services since I don't have any idea of the quality of the actual florist providing the flowers. So I found this one on Angie's list. I didn't know how much info I needed to give them, but as soon as I spoke the name, they knew exactly who the funeral was for. They were personable yet professional, prompt, and I was told afterward that the flowers were beautiful.
