 + -1 moreThe guy took his time explaining the part, what is involved in the repair, how much he would charge, additional maintenance that is recommended when doing that kind of repair, and how long before the job could be done. His estimate was very reasonable, but my husband was determined to do the job himself anyway, and did so.
Description of Work: Called to discuss estimate (price & time) to repair Kirby Gen 4 vacuum that had a broken plastic part from having sucked up a roofing nail.
