QUILTER'S ALLEY

I brought my machine to them for a repair as I had jammed the needle into the presser foot while sewing. They repaired it for $35. When I got it home I discovered it was not repaired so I had to take it back. Please note they are an hour and ten minute drive each way. They repaired it again but didn't charge me because they guarantee their work. I discovered it wasn't working again. They do not provide a workorder or invoice so I do not know exactly what they did or didn't do. They tried to fix a third time but could not. Pat English called me and said they were sending it to the factory at their expense because they had not been able to get it fixed. I was thrilled as I had been extremely disapointed up until this point. When I went to pick up my machine they made me pay on additional $85.29. I talked to Pat as I thought it was a mistake, but she refused to refund my money. I tried to get my money bcak through the BBB but she refused saying that I hadn't purchased the machine from her so she had to charge me. She also made some completely unprofessional personal attacks against me. It is very sad how she handles things. I received poor and deceitful customer service and I want to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. They simply don't know what they are doing.
