They told me it would take two weeks to have it cut and delivered. It took three months of continued calling, visits to the store, begging and pleading before it was finally delivered. The piece did not have to be ordered. It was there. It simply needed to be cut and delivered. They lied repeatedly, telling me it was cut but they just couldn't deliver it, but when I went there with a truck, they acknowledged that it was not cut. They also made an error in cutting the backsplash, which left a gap between the counter and the wall, but I was so desperate to have my bathroom done, that I plugged the gap with a piece of wood rather than having them start all over again. I will say that everyone I dealt with at the company was very nice and friendly, but I would never, ever purchase anything from them again.
