Description of Work: Remodeling of existing bathroom and laundry room. This became a bigger project than we had anticipated. However, due to the age/condition of a 100+ yr old house, we knew that this was a possibility. They demo'd down to the studs, replaced all floor joist, floors, wiring, plumbing (moved EVERYTHING as we wished), moved walls, windows, etc. Installed new spa tub, toilet, cabinetry, vanity and beautiful tile work.

 + -1 moreWages that were discussed and agreed upon were never paid. He rarely lived up to his word and got angry when confronted about it. And his abilities as a boss were lackIng and by the looks of it follow pattern of his customer service. He avoids responsibilities and ownerships of mistakes. I would never work for him again.
Description of Work: I was an employee for Precision contracting and my experiences were far from satisfactory.

Description of Work: DO NOT HIRE MIKE ANDERSON! He did a horrible job! He did not finish the drywall, he broke our closet doors and never replaced them. He will not call me back, or respond to any of my messages. Please do not hire him. His work is totally unexceptable and sloppy!

 + -1 moreHe is not good and we have lawsuit against him. He was supposed to remodel our house and he didn't finish it. He left owing us $8000. We had to hire other people to come in and finish the job he started. I would tell people not to use him because he didn't do what he said he was going to do and he walked off the job. I had to call him and call him and call him to try to get him to come out.
Description of Work: We used Precision Contracting & Remodeling to completely remodel our house.

Description of Work: We hired Precision Contracting and Remodeling to remodel a house that we purchased at auction. Mike Anderson (owner of the company) worked well and finished most of the inside work. Then our area was badly flooded and he came to us with a sob story that his sister's house was flooded and he need an advance to fix her house. My husband is a very nice guy and so he paid Mike. After that Mike came to work on the house maybe 2-4 hours a week until he finally just stopped coming. We called and called but he would say that he would be there and then he wouldn't show up. This kept up for 3 months. Since that time we have discovered that the work that he did is of shoddy quality. He assured us that he could install a tankless water heater but we have had nothing but trouble with it since. My daughter's shower would only provide hot water for about 2 minutes and the water would be cold. I finally found a plumber who could work on tankless hot water heaters and he said that the pipe going out of the house should be 5 inches but ours was 4 inches. He also said that it was installed improperly and that he had to turn off the gas to the heater because it could explode. Here we have been using this hot water heater for 5 months and all that time there was a possibility that it could explode. I am furious. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR!!!!!
