PEIFER MASONRY

He replied to my inqueries about doing the work poorly. I had to call him back several times before I got a response from him sometimes. He supplied me with a verbal estimate but never sent me the estimate via email as he said he would. He did show up at the work site as arranged to look it over with me but he did not come prepared to laccess the actual work area (roof, walls, etc) as the other contractors did by bringing a ladder and tape measurer or paper and pencil. Also, he 'forgot' to bring the estimate he had told me in any hardcopy form. We looked the worksite over together to make sure he knew what I was wanting done and he said the amount he had told me was accurate. And said he would email me the estimate, but I never heard from him again. I waited for his email with estimate to make my final contractor decision. I feel that he should have at least let me know that he had decided he was not interested in the work so I could have gone on with what I needed to do and not waste my time waiting to hear from him.
