I had to call them to setup work. Angie's List direct notification to vendors, never happened. So, it was good that I took the initiative to contact then myself.

When I called them, I told them that one spring had broken and been replaced February 2008. I was told that both springs should be replaced and given an estimate of $200. The bad bearing was not expected or included in the repair estimate, so considering the additional part needed, the higher cost was reasonable. If not for the bad bearing and the "extra time" charge (which to me was questionable since they were only here about an hour), the repair total would have only been about $170.
I was pleased with their punctuality since I hate waiting all day for repair people to show up. They gave me a time window of between 8 and 10 a.m. and arrived about 8:30.
They also showed me that the spring that was replaced earlier was not the same size as the older broken spring. They offered to leave the removed parts so that my husband could see the difference in the spring sized as well as the damage/wear on the bearing plate.
I was pleased with the work they did and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends or call them again should the need arise.
