Out On A Limb Tree Service

Description of Work: I hired 2 guys to cut some trees and to remove all brush and debrie and to remove all stumps from job the name of the company is ( out on the limb tree service ) the owner names is steve sullivan his phone number is ( 270 ) 705-8351 the other owner name is mike lucas is phone number is ( 270 ) 366-5037 i hired them on 5-16-2011 they cut all the trees and removed all brush and debrie except for one pile that is still in my back yard all trees was down by may the 20th they said that they would be back on the 21 of may to remove all stumps will as of today 6-25-2011 they have not been back they have been paid in full i have called them several times to ask them when will they be back but they aren't returning or answering my calls so i called the local tv station and told them what happen and they did a report on me and put it on the local news one of the onwers said that it was his signature on my receipt and that i did in fact pay steve sullivan told the local news that the reason why he didnt grind the stumps was because i kicked him off of my property now tell me why would i pay someone $1,350.00 to do a job and kick them off of my property before the work was done the other owner ( mike lucas ) stated that the receipt was a forgery and that he didn't get paid i can send you copys of what i have on them i have my receipt i have their business card and other documents. i hope maybe you can help me i also have a copy of what the local tv station put on the news it was on the news june -13 -2011 at 10:00 pm the tv station phone number is ( 270 ) 415 - 1900 or you can call jason hibbs he was the reporter that did the story on me his number is ( 270 ) 415-1930 im also on the internet go on yahoo main screen type in my name kim zvonik you will see a site that saids woman uses strange means to recover money from contractor you have to click on the blue word that said ( cated ) it should come up i have court on july 18 -2011 at 9:00 am in paducah ky in court room c all they had to do was to remove all the stumps and we would not be going to court but they took my money and didnt finish the job
