The pricing seemed reasonable but we were realizing that it was a quote and we had to satisfy ourselves by getting other quotes and it turned out to be higher than the other quote. They are very nice to deal with. They are very personable, thorough and detailed in their assessment of what we had to move. They made us feel good about their ability to handle the job and to handle the special items that we had to move. I only dealt with them that one time and I had a good experience. I just didn't wind up using them.

I am an only child, so when my parents got sick, and I had to move them from their home into an assisted living facility, I needed help doing this.  Wagners came and they helped and packed up everything, I didn't have to pack anything at all. They took the truck to the storage unit and unloaded everything into the unit.  Then they took things to the assisted living where my parents were and helped me set everything up there.  The woman from Wagners, also helped me take the clothes out of the boxes, and then hang them up in the closet.  They didn't break anything, even my grandmother's china not so much as a saucer got chipped.  Everything was in perfect condition.   I will use them in the future if necessary.
