Description of Work: Not recommended to contact Mr. Schroader for an estimate for work. Contacted Mr. Schroader on July 7th for an estimate. He came out, recieved the scope of work, and explained what I would be recieving along with his estimate. References, Insurance documentation, etc. After 4 weeks I called Mr Schroader and inquired about my estimate. He stated he was not going to provide me with one. When I ask why he stated 3 different reasons. One is he didn't like the way I talked during his first visit. Second was I referenced another contractor, not by name, about how they left the job site at our house without cleaning up some of their mess. Third reason was he just had a bad vibe. While I fully understand any contractor has a right to decide what work they will bid on, but one would think in this economy they would be willing to take any work that is available. But if they do not want the work after leaving saying I will recieve an estimate, give a phone call to the client and inform them they have decided to not bid the wrok.
