It is a walk-in clinic so I don't need to have an appointment, and my pets are seen very quickly. They are always very knowledgeable and polite.

I had a Cocker Spaniel and now I have cats, and they have taken care of my pets for the past 25 years. We had to have one of our cats put to sleep, and the vet that was working with us was very compassionate and I highly recommend them to others. You can tell that they love the animals.

I took my female boston terrier in to get fixed. I picked her up the next day, paid $88, and she came home and started coughing very bad the next day. The next day, my other dog a lab started coughing really bad. I asked around and found out it was kennel cough. I called the vet and asked if they had had any problems with this. I explained that my dogs are appartment dogs and were never around other dogs and didn't start coughing until they came home. The lady on the phone told me that it was kennel cough and they would have some medicine for me to pick up. My picked up the medicine and was charged $38. I called the clinic again and told them that i didn't think that i was going to be charged. The lady told me that she was sorry but it was the same as me going to the doctor and catching something at the doctor's office. She also told me that they did me a favor by not making me bring my dogs in again and paying another office visit to diagnose them with kennel cough. I wouldn't take my animals to them again even if they did it for free. The only reason I took my dog there was because my female dog was about to go in heat and they were the only place that could get her in quick enough. I had taken another dog of mine to them about 10 years ago because he had hurt his leg in a dog fight. Again, I went to pick my dog up the next day and they had put the cast on the wrong leg. They had to keep him another night to fix it and then they wrapped it to tight and he had to chew it off to get any relief. Please remember this when you are looking for a vet!!!
