AFTER TALKING TO MR. DOTSON ON THE PHONE I COULD EASILY TELL HE WAS VERY EXPERIENCED & EXCITED ABOUT HIS WORK. I AGREED TO MEET WITH HIM & HE SHOWED UP 5 MINUTES EARLY TO BID MY WINDOWS. AFTER HE ASKED ME A FEW QUESTIONS & SHOWED ME A FEW POTENTIAL PROBLEM AREAS (GLASS I NEEDED TO REPLACE) I ACCEPTED HIS BID & HE
(PLACED ME ON HIS LIST. ( I ALWAYS LIKE SOMEONE WHO IS BOOKED UP ) HE LATER ARRIVED AGAIN EARLY & STARTED WORKING IMMEDIATELY. HIS EYE TO DETAIL. HIS ABILITY TO MOVE AROUND MY UNDER PLANTINGS WITHOUT SNAPPING A SINGLE FLOWER WAS IMPRESSIVE. HE STAYED BUSY & KEPT TO HIMSELF.
