The only equipment you even purchased from us is the control system, which works perfectly. We can't assume responsibility for every audio/video component in your house working correctly when those components weren't even sold by us! And we would come fix whatever issue you are having if you would just pay your bill from 6 months ago. You shouldn't try tearing someone's hard-fought business down just because they refuse to work for a very difficult client that doesn't even pay their bills. What else would you expect?
