Jerry was the perfect contractor for our kitchen remodel. From start to finish our project went smooth. Jerry is a true professional, competitive pricing, great quality cabinet doors, our kitchen is exactly as we hoped it would be! The backsplash install is beautiful as well. We were so pleased with Jerry we have referred him already to two of our friends!

Jerry is the epitome of the cabinet refacing industry. Jerry's attention to detail is the paradigm for all contractors that are in the refacing industry. A five drawer, 20-door refacing job was done perfectly. Additionally, a custom pantry cupboard was also built by Jerry and installed. Jerry is the REAL DEAL

It couldn't have gone any smoother.  Jerry did an excellent job of communicating every aspect of the work, so there were no surprises.  He was punctual and very focused on his work the entire time.  He made every effort to keep the dust at a minimum, and cleaned up the work area at the end of each day.  His quality of work is exceptional....the cabinets are beautiful and we get many compliments about them.  He was very willing to return at a later date to add some trim and make some minor adjustments that were a result of the countertop and appliances being installed.  His price was almost identical to another local provider; his price was considerably less (about $10,000) than a major corporation that we received a quote from.  His payment schedule was fair and reasonable.

I was very happy with both the final product  as well as the working relationship with Jerry. He was quick in returning calls and emails, and prompt and flexible about scheduling appraisals/quotes. He provided me with a lot of information and teaching during our initial visit, and although he spent a lot of time on his initial visit, it was a no-pressure consultation. He clearly comes off as a professional who knows what he is doing and has done it for a long time. After meeting with Jerry, I pursued several other quotes, including two big box stores. Jerry's quotes were right on par (maybe a tiny bit lower) than the other quotes I got, except for the Home Depot quote which was almost $9600. I have a small kitchen (10X12) and still cannot figure out why there was such a price discrepancy.
I went with Jerry based on: many, many positive on-line reviews, good advice he gave me on some problem areas that I felt I wanted addressed, the fact that he was knowledgeable and professional, and the fact that he works only with wood. 
The project was just finished today, and it looks great. The hardware/doors/refacing are high quality, and there were no "surprises' in the way the finish looked or the workmanship. I would definitely recommend him. I do not have a lot of experience hiring remodeling/contractors, and was leaning toward the security of using a 'big box' service. My experience with Hodgins remodeling was stress-free. I am really really happy I found Jerry on the internet, and would recommend him WITHOUT RESERVATION. Good luck with your refacing project!

He was fantastic. His customer service was wonderful. He helped us select the proper wood. He was responsive and professional.  Everyone thinks they are brand new cabinets! We can't say enough about him. Highly recommended!!!

Jerry Hodgins is the owner and contractor/installer of Hodgins Remodeling.? He is very professional and knowledgeable.? After calling a few cabinet refacing contractors (independent and big box stores) Jerry was clearly the best choice.? His price is fantastic and his craftsmanship cannot be touched. He refaced my cabinets so beautifully that my friends who spent 3X the price on new cabinets have said theirs are not as nice. The cabinets I wanted redesigned he built himself and all the cabinet drawers are custom? built by Jerry.? The doors and drawer fronts are all custom made and stained by a cabinet maker in Wisconsin. All orders are made to order. The refacing material is all wood. There are so many choices of wood grains and cabinet styles.? Jerry has been in the kitchen remodeling business for 20 + years. He will be able to help you make smart choices that you will be happy with for years to come.? Even if you have ruled out refacing do yourself a favor and make one last call to Hodgins Kitchen Remodeling you wont' be sorry. The price was so great he also refaced my downstairs bathroom. I can't wait for him to come back and do my three bathrooms upstairs. Jerry works closely with a granite and marble company that will also help you choose the right countertop for your new kitchen.? Their prices are very competitive maybe even the best around. Their showroom has all the slabs of granite/marble? laid out so you can see the many choices with ease. Their installers are professional and do wonderful work.

We called him, made an appointment, which he was prompt. Told us he does all the work himself and guarantees everything. We also had another estimate, much higher, and it was done by a crew of workers. We were able to trust him in the house alone while we went to work. No problems whatsoever.
