Bought an awesome sewing/embroidery machine and the walked me through the how-tos. A couple months later I was having trouble with embroidery and called them. They knew instantly what my mistake had been and how to fix it.
They also carry supplies and do depairs for my vacuums - which they don't sell.
(can you imagine asking Sams to fix anything?!)
