Mike from Dean's roofing came out and performed an inspection on our roof. We had noticed a leak during the previous week's rain storm, and he worked to locate and repair the leak. I was told to be sure to call them back out to reseal if the leak hadn't been fixed, and that it would be no charge. So far so good, we have not seen it leak since.

They checked the other vents on the roof for loose shingles and the roof in general. The second vent pipe also had loose shingles and a couple of shingles were missing off the ridge vent. They fixed all the loose shingles and nailed down a piece of the facet that had come loose. They were very prompt on both showing up for an estimate, and also for fixing it. Very professional and helpful. I would definitely use them again.

This isn't an easy roof even without the metal roof that was existing. Ours is extremely steep yet these guys weren't intimidated at all. They called and were able to start a week ahead of the scheduled start (score extra points there), arrived on time daily, finished earlier than anticipated and throughly cleaned up the yard afterwards. They took extra care not to disturb the plants in the yard even though to me, the roof was the bigger concern, plants are great but a leaky roof getting fixed was upper most in importance. The crew were respectful and seemed to work like a well honed engine. I have no doubt that only mother nature's worst will cause me to need their services again but should the need arise, I will call them without a doubt.

James called when he said he would, did all the work that he said he would, and took care of problems as they came about without hesitation or extra charges. They worked really well with city inspectors and kept me advised of everything going on as it happened. I would highly recommend them from the experience I had.
