 + -1 moreContacted Comcast and spoke with a Customer Service Rep, Mike, he was extremely helpful. I had some incorrect charges on my bill and wanted to ask questions about it. Mike answered all of my question in full detail and didn't have to transfer me to anyone else. The charges were adjusted and everything was smooth sailing from there on.
Description of Work: Comcast customer service helped with adjustments on my bill.
