First they tried to get by with replacing just the outside unit, as this would have been cheaper, however as it turned out, our attic system also failed after a recent storm, so they ended up replacing that unit also. They tried to just replaced the burned out board first because that was cheaper, however that did not work. We got a quick quote and were back up and running in two days. It would have been quicker, however we opted to wait in order to get a specific unit. We have a new Lennox outside unit, made in the USA. Our attic unit is a different brand (can't remember the brand) but it has a 20 year warranty.
They showed us the actual damage from the lightning.
Installation was prompt and they were nice and professional.
I would definitely use them again. I felt like we got a good price, considering that they had to replace the entire units inside and out.

They were great! They were clean, professional and cleaned up after themselves. The work was warranted and they did a great job even in the hot summer. We will be suggesting them to everyone!
