Dawn Followell at BB&T in Paducah helped my husband and I buy our first home. She sat down and explained to us several loan options that we qualified for. After we decided what type of home loan we wanted to try for, a USDA Rural Housing Loan, she walked us through the complicated process. She was always available when we had questions, even on the weekends, and answered them knowledgeably. I feel very confident that we got the best deal we could have on our home and if we buy another home in the future will go back to Dawn at BB&T for our mortgage needs.
