WE BOUGHT A SEALY MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS AND ADJUSTABLE BASE FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE AND PAID CLOSE TO FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS, IT TOOK ABOUT 2 WEEKS TO GET IT , WHICH WAS NOT A PROBLEM WE KNEW IT WOULD TAKE THAT LONG. AFTER GETTING A CALL FOR DELIVERY I WAS TOLD THAT WE WOULD GET A CALL THE MORNING OF DELIVERY AND THAT THEY WOULD GIVE US 2 HOURS TO GET THE OTHER BED OUT, WELL THAT DID NOT HAPPEN, THE MAN TOLD ME THAT IF WE DID NOT TAKE THE DELIVERY IN 15 MINS THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO PICK IT UP FROM THE STORE THE NEXT DAY, SO WE RUSHED AND GOT THE OLD BED OUT . THE 2 MEN CAME IN VERY RUDE AND JUST NOT PEOPLE I WANTED IN MY HOME, WE LET THEM SET UP THE BED BECAUSE WE DID NOT WANT TO VOID ANY WARRENTY , 30 MINS AFTER THEY LEFT WE DISCOVERED THAT THE ADJUSTABLE BASE WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND CALLED FLEMING FURNITURE ( FLEMING FURNITURE OWNS THE ASHLEY FURNITURE STORE) THEY REFUSED TO SEND SOMEONE OUT TO FIX THE PROBLEM, I HAD TO CALL SEALY DIRECT TO GET THE PROBLEM FIXED. I CALLED THE OWNER OF THE FURNITURE STORE AND HE NEVER GOT BACK TO ME , UNLESS IT SHOULD TAKE LONGER THAN 10 DAYS TO GET BACK TO SOMEONE ABOUT A PROBLEM... THIS STORE WILL NEVER GET MINE OR MY FAMILYS BUSINESS EVER AGAIN, I WILL TELL EVERY ONE ABOUT MY DEALINGS WITH THIS STORE , THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR SALES. AFTER ALL THIS WE ALSO CHECKED THE WARRANTY ON THE BED AND FRAME , AND FOUND OUT THAT THE SALES PERSON LIED ABOUT THAT , SO WE HAVE A BED THAT DOES NOT WORK RIGHT A WORTHLESS WARRANTY AND THEN WE FIND OUT THROUGH A FRIEND THAT ONE OF THE DELIVERY MEN HAD BEEN IN AND OUT OF JAIL BUNCHES OF TIMES AND THAT DELIVERY MEN WORKING FOR THE FURNITURE STORE HAVE BEEN IN JAIL FOR ROBBERY AND DRUGS , I DONT KNOW ABOUT YOU BUT I DO NOT WANT THESE PEOPLE IN MY HOME AND THIS STORE SUBJECTS ALL OF THEIR CUSTOMERS TO IT . SEALY SAID THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF THE BED FROM HERE ON OUT AND I DO NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS STORE ANY LONGER, THIS STORE ALSO DOES NOT HAVE A RETURN POLICY NOT EVEN 30 MINS , YOU WOULD THINK THAT THERE WOULD BE SOME KIND OF RETURN POLICY BUT , THE PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING AND THIS PUDDING HAS GONE BAD.
