ROY MILLER JR HEATING & AC

I had an entire HVAC system installed in my home. At first, things went smoothely. We paid half upfront and even gave Roy a key to our house since it was under construction. Later we learned that the key was lost. When it came time to install the outside units was when the problems began. We owed about $4000 and he asked for over $3000 to buy the units, which we gave. Then all of a sudden we were being put off, they said they would show up and wouldn't come. Finally we called the place where they were supposedly buying the units and were informed that they owed a lot of money to this place and they wouldn't sell them the units before they paid their bill. This led to more phone calls and more promises of coming and them not showing up. Finally, after weeks of waiting they somehow got the units and came and installed them. I would never do business with them again and would not recommend them to anyone else.

First of all, I call these people for 3 days before they finally come out. Each day they said I'm coming out today or I'm on my way and then to call back and say they aren't coming. The 3rd day I called at 10 am, said they would be out by noon'ish. It was 2:30 pm before they showed up. This guys wife or girlfriend, I don't know which she is, came with him and the 1st thing she said to me was about the bees and wasps here. Well yes its Kentucky, late August, theres gonna be bees. Going on about how she was deahtly allergic and she had to carry an epi pen. Then she came in complaining she needed a band aid, she had a very small place on her hand that I wouldn't even bother mentioning. Then she wanted some artificial flowers from an arrangement from my moms funeral. I graciously said yes she could have some. Then they had to use my phone for a couple of long distance calls because their cell phones didn't have a signal here. Then she asked me for a toothpick saying she had a chipped tooth that got stuff in it, Ewww!!! So I went to get some of the toothpick/flosser things and she asked if she could have a few as she was reaching in the bag for 4 or 5 while asking. So, I was told this was all gonna cost me 4 to 5 hundred dollars, I was hoping it wasn't gonna cost me hardly that much but what could I do. Then later he said it was gonna be more than he thought before. Then he asked me if I could write him 2 checks because after being here til well after 6pm the banks were closed and couldn't get a large amount check cashed but could a smaller one at some store he knew of. I was so aggravated by the time they left it was almost worth $620.56 to finall see them leave. I honestly think he should have took $100.00 off for all the time I had to 'baby sit' his woman.
