He came out and he seemed to be a nice guy. He completed the job and I paid him. He told me to call him if I had any issues and he'd come out and assist. I noticed a problem area where the tile bubbled and he came out and he tried to fix it. Since he's been out, there has been more issues that came up and now that he knows about the ongoing issues he is avoiding us and the work still needs to be completed. I've called and texted him several times and he is just blowing us off now. I also have receipts where he had me purchase materials, I have not seen any of these, he took these with him.
