Al was truly a professional in every sense of the word. In contacting him by phone for a bid, he was prompt. He came out the very next day.(we had some wanting to bid 4-10 days out!) We were so impressed in that he was punctual, had a start time and finish time, stayed on the job, and did meticulous work. He was congenial and accepted being interrupted with questions and the why so's that come up from time to time on a job. If I had a work to do at this time, I would call for Al. He is that good! He is dependable, honest, and hardworking. After some recent negative experiences that we have had, believe me, this Al was like a breath of fresh air. In fact, my neighbor, my son, and even our good preacher friend had grand remarks...I remember my son's first exclamation was "AWESOME" I am thinking that says it all :-) So would I be a good honest reference for "ROOMS YOU LOVE"? You betcha! If you find someone in this area who needs a good custom tile man....HE IS THE MAN. Pat
