Kenny provided us a quotation and completed the work within two weeks of our obtaining the materials and his giving us the quote. His final bill was the same as his quotation.

Our roof was relatively flat so it was an easy remove and install. He had 6 men and replaced 6200 sf of roof in two days. His cleanup was excellent. He replaced damaged roof panels as necessary. Roofing materials were disposed of off-site.

We are happy with the work so far although we have not had any rain or snow events. His workmanship seemed excellent as it progressed.

Kenny arrived as per our appointment and inspected the roof - confirming our need for one. We discussed prices and types of roofing. The best price and the best roof was a metal roof which had an Energy Star rating. This type reflected away much of the heat of the sun. He described the method by which the metal roof is installed and wrote the proposal to that affect. We also needed underpinning and he agreed to provide that using the same material as the roof. *** The crew arrived the next week, July 3, and got right to work. They finished all of the roofing and most of the underpinning in ONE DAY. They came back on July 4th and finished all but a small section under the rear deck. They completed that Monday of the following week when the material ordered came in. *** Over all, Kenny and his crew did an outstanding job. They worked tirelessly and in chorus with each other...each man knowing what came next. My wife and I could not be more pleased with our new roof and the added accent of the underpinning.
