General Remodeling
If using this contractor, be sure you SPECIFICALLY are aware of EVERYTHING he is going to do. For example, he built a deck for me without using deck screws - the nails pop out and the bench tops warped. He also remodeled my bathroom and did not properly install the tub - causing squeaking and caulking problems. The drywall job was poorly done in the bathroom. He also subcontracted my hardwood floor refinishing, but allowed a 5 day project to turn into six weeks of hassle with the sub. So, Neal's a nice guy, but I learned the hard way when it comes to his remodeling. BE SURE AND GET EVERY MINUTE DETAIL of how he's going to perform his work and demand his supervision on projects!
