Drain Cleaning, Handyman Service
Took twice as long as last installer did to install hand rail on opposite side of stairs. 2.5 hours vs less than one hour. When he broke drill bits, he charged for travel time to go get new bits and charged for the drill bits to customer. (This would normally be considered the cost of doing business). In my 30+ years in the construction and Real Estate Industry have I ever heard of a vendor charging customer for tools. I told him I wanted the drill bits since he charged for them. Waiting to hear back from him on this.
