He recommended replacement of a non-functioning electrostatic filter and modifications/repairs required for a non-functioning humidifier. After my agreement, he installed the new filtration system and repaired the humidifier with a new humidistat, water filter, and a cleaning. I expected him to recommend a new humidifier since I had had another provider look at it and never say anything !
We discussed a filter condition moniter and maintanence to the AC system. He will be back when the temperatures warm for completion of his work.
