They are really delightful. They here for about four hours. They are prompt, the will call before they come and I think they are fair in their pricing. They are usually pretty knowledgeable, polite, and nice.

I am the neighbor of the customer. They came out and were on my property with no prior notice which would not have been so bad if they had not done so much damage. I heard big machinery in the direction of my back yard and went out to see that they had piled a mountain of sewage contaminated soil in the middle of my gravel driveway. My car was in the garage so I could not get it out--I was blocked in. I told them that they could not do that (pile this dirt in my driveway). They said that they would move it. About 2 hours later they shoveled the dirt along with all the gravel under it onto the customer's lawn (with no tarp under it!). At this point I called to complain about the damage to the driveway. At the end of the day they did put more gravel back on the drive and it looks ok. But days later there is still a large pile of contaminated soil on the neighbor's front lawn and along the side of their house. There is damage to my lawn from the heavy machinery as well which I guess I'm just going to live with.

The job went well. They cleaned up after they were done. They were very thorough. Over all it went pretty smoothly. They were in and out. They said it would take 4 hours and it only took 2.

Before they sent someone out to fix the problems I reminded them to only send one tech because otherwise they would send two and charge me for both-that happened before on a heating unit, they sent four guys out.-One to do the work - the other three to stand around and talk and and quot;counseland quot; with each other and charged me for all!

First they came out to the house to see the scope of the job and give an estimate, then made recommendations for type size of unit which was helpful. I decided on an American Standard model which they have just started installing this year for the first time. We agreed on an installation date and a specific unit. The installation of the outdoor hvac unit went smooth. It took two days: one day to remove the old unit and install a new concrete pad and a second day to install the new hvac unit. The thermostat became a big issue though. I had asked for a thermostat provided by the manufacturer of the unit, American Standard, but when the installed the unit they brought a Honeywell thermostat and said they did not have the American standard thermostat in stock. So, it took another week to get the thermostat I had asked for installed. Then I found out the existing thermostat wire was not the correct type (some thermostats require a seven conductor wire but mine was only a five conductor wire), so, I had to run a new wire to the unit from the thermostat to the unit as an additional cost. Then the air filter was located inside the unit and requires removing an access cover with eight sheet metal screws every time I need to change the filter. They told me there was an accessory cover for easy access(with no screws to remove) but it would cost an additional 300.00$ to install...not good news. Once the correct thermostat was installed a week later everything seems to work well. Overall, they were very experienced and cleaned up after their jobs being careful not to leave a mess. I did not like the surprises of additional costs for the thermostat wiring and filter access cover.

I called in the late afternoon. The technician called early afternoon the next day to insure I was there. When he arrived he placed disposable booties on his shoes to keep our floots clean. He then questioned me about the problem and then began checking the compressor. Shortly thereafter the sky darkened and heavy rain, lightning and hail began falling. Since the compressor was outside, he could not work outside in the bad storm and asked if he could come back tomorrow morning. At this time it was about 3:30. I said fine. He returned the next morning and completed his work and stayed to make sure everything worked well.
