I've taken all of my cars and trucks to Harley's for a few years now. In April of 2012 I purchased my dream car, a 1969 Pontiac Bonneville convertible, sight unseen, from Virginia. After it was delivered I took it to Harley's and they inspected it from one end to another, changed a few burnt out bulbs and filters, tweaked the idle, tightened the belts, etc. and confirmed I had made a good buy. They gave me a small list of items to keep an eye on but said not to worry about anything until I had problems.
Always a fair price, professional attitudes and most of all...complete honesty! Love these folks!

Of course auto issues are never convenient, but you can call them on the phone, make an appointment, and they will keep you informed during the whole service process. I would definitely trust them with all of my vehicles, which range from a hatchback to a luxury sedan.

I am a single woman recently retired and moving back to Kentucky. I was hesitant to take my car to the Jeep dealership because I knew it would cost a lot more and they were 30+ miles away. I asked my sister if she had any idea who worked on Jeeps in Owensboro where she lives. I live in a tiny little town with no services at all. She recommended Harley's Auto because she has been taking her cars to them for over 25 years. After Del put my seat back together I asked how much my bill was. He would not let me pay a penny even after I insisted that I at least owed him for his time that day. He just said...pay me next time. A few days later he called me and gave me the cost of the motor, the seat back lever and the labor. He even broke down the cost of each individual part because the seat lever could be one of several things or ALL of them. But he said that as long as the seat worked to just wait to see if it stopped working again before I ordered all of these very expensive parts. Or just come in and he would show me how to reach under the seat and hit it and see if it started working again. They were friendly, on time, had a nice waiting room with free soda's and after my good experience with them I will never take my car anywhere else. They have another customer in my family for life!

They did a really great job with the R&R of the condenser. The really neat part of the whole deal was how they kept me up on what was happening. They gave me a brief synopsis of what was happening each day. At the end, they showed me pictures they had taken to show details of the job for future reference. The use of technology is not lost on these guys! My late grandfather (who was a mechanic for 40 yrs) always held these guys in high regard. He always said if he could not fix it he would give it to "those Harley Boys" and they would get the job done.
