Horrible. Would not recommend this company. Been dealing with them over a year and just want my money back. Long story short, the first crew had worker that had never lay flooring and I was told it would take 2 days, took 5. I had wall damage, and found horrible job done, the floor all came up, months later they send 2nd crew of 2, supposed to pull it all up and lock it in or wanted to glue it down, they didn’t fix it, months later a 3rd crew of 2 men came and on 2nd day only one of the original plus his son came, said he was off school that day, not sure if he had ever lay flooring? I showed him where it wasn’t locked in, he said it was dark and that he would fix it,he didn’t …been calling store every week since March and got no where. The company had told him he was there because I had hired my own crew the first time which was a lie. I have gone through way to much frustration and unnecessary stress that I would not wish on anyone. Just want my money back, not a 4th attempt and they do not want to do that. Just not right

Crandall's Carpet Unlimited failed us. Two day install took 7 days. We had property damage, poor workmanship, poor cleanliness, and a sales manager who said “honest and fairness are subjective”. Pictures show the initial installer left many gaps in the flooring and had to be removed. Pictures also show the lack of cleanliness and the boards with nails sticking up left around the house for the seven days.

We had a positive experience with them. I would give them a ten out of ten. The price was reasonable. They gave a special to me. They did a quick installation. They fulfilled the contract. They did what they said they were going to do.

They were good. They were courteous and helpful.

I had two bedrooms carpeted. They were having a special deal w/free installation and padding. The saleslady was helpful. The installers were very professional. They had the old carpet and padding up and out the door so fast I couldn't believe it. I'm going there 1st when I get my other flooring replaced.

If you want the sales pitch to keep returning to the carpet's advantages in terms of how it handles the salesman's sick dog's vomit, then be sure to talk to Mark Earl. Otherwise, go with a different salesman. However, he was helpful when I needed to change the installation date.
The installers were quick and professional.
Over all, the experience was good. The carpet is what we expected, we received what we paid for, and the installation looks good. This is not my first purchase from Carpets unlimited, and I would buy from them again.

They were very professional on setting it up. They told me when they were going to be here and was here when they said they were going to be. They had a supervisor an apprentice. They explained to me what was going on. They came back to do the grout the following day. The work was absolutely beautiful and I would defiantly use them again. I found the workers to be very polite and respectful of my house. They were also very careful in my kitchen.

The workmanship was excellent they were prompt and did everything they said they would do. They were very good about showing us the various styles and helping us to decide on what materials to use and what style we needed to install. The price was very reasonable and were completely satisfied with them and plan to use them again in the future. We were very pleased.
