Ronny provided a detailed quote in a timely fashion andit was to the detail that we requested.
As happens with a remodel of this size, unforeseen issues with plumbing and electrical arose as part of the 3 month process. Ronny would work with the contractors to come up with the most cost effective solution prior to presenting it to us for consideration. He would also provide pictures if I was offsite and a personal walkthrough of the issue if I was onsite and took the time to teach me whats and whys of the issue and the purposed solutions.
Ronny provided updates weekly on the progress and, although the heavy winter snows in January caused some details on the exterior components of the remodel, he and his contractors were effectent for meeting deadlines.
Ronny's wife was a heavy contributor to the design of the remodeled spaces and worked well with my wife to provide a cohesive and high-end look to the home and finished product. So much so, that our retailor, whom did a walkthrough prior to the work being completed, wanted to up the sales price of the home based on the finshed look.
