All their vets are excellent, I've had good response from them, they are very caring and very professional. It's been a while but they are also affiliated with Towne Square, so it's basically the same vets both places. I just started going to the other because it was a little bit more convenient. Everyone of the vets I have dealt with seem to be excellent and very kind, very considerate of their patients and their patient's owners. That particular location it's been probably 2 or 3 years but like I said the vets in the location I go to now are the same, they own two location. If I needed to see one of the vets in the other location, I could just got there. If I've had a sick animal they have kept in contact with me, they have called me back if I needed to be called back, I've been able to get contact with them, they've been very good about keeping me informed of the animal's progress. Even if the office is closed you can get somebody, they'll call you back pretty soon.

I called the Audubon Animal Hospital on Thursday morning regarding a spot close to my dog's eye and a weight issue he has. The receptionist was very helpful (I'm a bit of a difficult pet mother) and understanding. She was able to schedule me for 10:30am Friday morning. The office lobby is clean, open, and very dog friendly (nothing on the floor to get leashes tangled in, the benches are against the wall and are spaced out so if your pet needs a little breathing room, it's not a problem).
We were escorted into a small, clean exam room at 10:25. Dr. Kunze came in right at 10:30. He spoke to me for a few minutes and held his hand out for my dog to sniff. As soon as my dog showed a hint of fear, Dr. Kunze was very good about not reaching for his face (despite needing to examine his eye), and careful not to put him in a position where he would be more afraid (like against the door), My dog is an extra large breed, so he didn't get to sit on the table. :) Dr. Kunze was very reassuring about my dog's weight issues, and his eye. He explained the process for neutering (I was worried about the anesthesia and how long he would be under).
We had a heartworm test done (it was overdue, and he had gotten a few mosquito bites). When he went to draw blood, it was very quick, and he was very kind to my dog, despite my dog being kind of a jerk about it. He explained how a dog could contract heartworms, the benefits of different medications, and exactly how it works. He explained the effects of the medication on him (the concern being his weight). I'm a worrier and my dog is my only and quot;babyand quot;, so to speak. The more information I have, the better I feel and Dr. Kunze really put my mind at ease.
We will never use another vet. Dr. Kunze will be our vet for as long as he's in driving distance. The entire office was wonderful, from reception to vet.
