He came in about fifteen years ago, and I wouldn’t recommend him to anybody. I had a bad experience back then. He charged me $35 which I did not pay, it cost me several hundred because of his mistake of not fixing it when he was here. I absolutely would not use him in the future.
Description of Work: The owner is Bill Henderson, and he does not service what he sells. I had to call him out here for a service call because obviously there was something wrong with my heat pump. Just by the noise it was making I could tell that there was a problem. After calling him for two weeks, he finally came out to do a service call when I was not at home. He left me a bill saying that there was nothing wrong with it, and a few days later, it completely tore up and I had to call another company to come and fix it. It cost me a fortune to have it fixed because he said that there was nothing wrong with it.
