Window World Inc

I used Window World in the early 90's and then again on my current home in July 2019. I have never had any problems. When they came to measure, they did not use the sales tactics that the other companies tried to use. They were straight and to the point and told me about their windows and their warranty. I felt they did a wonderful job, have a great product, and fair pricing. I have only had to use the warranty once, and that was just for a screen that had a small hole. They sent someone out and they replaced my screen. I would use them a 3rd time if I ever need new windows! Denice L., Stanford KY 7/24/2025

The window replacements went quickly...one day to take out the old and put in the new and a second day to wrap the outside of the windows and clean up. I am very happy with the final product and extremely happy with the cost. Most estimates I had from other companies were double and triple the cost.

They were all done in one day and they look great. Cleaned up well. I look forward to utility savings.

The workers could have cleaned up better.  There was like trimming debris left in the yard and I'm still finding like screws on the roof where they took out the old windows and left those screws there.  And then sort of a mishap, there was a bottle of bourbon that ended up missing during that time when they were there, but the company went above and beyond and replaced the bottle for me.  I mean, that was excellent customer service on the company's part.  I know those guys were like just hired contractually.  I guess the best part was their exceptional customer service and then the worst part was just having to clean up after the job.  I felt like they could have done a lot better.

I took one of the windows in to their shop, they measured it, made 2 replacement panes, and called me.
I took in both foggy windows and in about 15 minutes, walked out with the new double  panes in place.

We have used this company for 2 different houses and have been very pleased both times.  I'm not finished with my current location and am planning on letting them do the rest of our windows.  I always recommend them to other people when I know they are looking for windows. j

From start to finish we feel Window World did a good job.  We needed new windows, vinyl siding put on and a solution to leaf problems in gutters.

Tommy Jones, owner of Window World took the time to explain what could be done and estimated the job.  The two installers sent to do the job were professional and clearly knew what they were doing.  They paid attention to detail and it showed in the completed job.   The office staff at Window World even called us saying we should apply for an energy rebate from Kentucky Utilities which we did.

We would not hesitate to hire them again.

My wife had the job done. There was nothing good or bad that stood out.

Nice sales person very knowledgable and willing to answer all questions. Office personal very friendly and helpful Had to reschedule because of rain, but prompt with a new date. Men showed up on time, friendly, informative and very focused on their work. Not a speck of dust in my house afterwards nor any damage to outside landscape. Cleaned up after the job. The windows themselves are great. My air conditioner use to run constantly trying to keep an even tempeture in the house...wow, didn't think I'd see such an amazinng change so quickly. House has nice even tempeture and my AC isn't running constantly. Absolutely, would recommend this company!

Excellent! I feel like they used good quality materials. They got done in a timely fashion. I did have one piece come out but they were good about coming in quickly to fix it. It looked very good. They didn't charge me. I would recommend them.

Great installer group, showed up when expected, did great work in a seemingly small amount of time.

The fellow showed up 5 minutes early to install the windows, he was courteous and explained what he intended to do. He completed his job in a timely manner, it appears he did a good job of sealing windows and cleaned up his mess.

 They do a awesome job. They installed two windows came on time cleaned up any mess very professional.
Yes we will be using their service again soon. We have had our windows done a few at a time to spread out the cost.
