It took over 1 hour for them to change the oil in my car and then they told me I had a flat tire. It was still drivable but they recommended I get a new one. The car was bought less than six months ago from them however, they said the tires are not under warranty. They wanted to charge me a large sum of money for a new tire. I went to Sand S tire who were going to charge me less. However, at Sand S they told me that the nail had already come out and there was no damage. Sand S charged me nothing for their time and my car is still driving on the tire 2 months later!

Pretty well, but they promised a loaner vehicle and when I arrived for my appointment they said they did not have one.
