house cleaning
+ -1 moreWhen they were finished I was busy with cleaning other parts of the house and didn't check the work before I paid her. After she had gone I checked out the work and was shocked and upset at how bad it looked. I had to wash all the base boards myself. The floors were dirty and streaked and had to be re-swept and mopped. The dusting was worse than my kids could do. The kitchen looked the same. The oven had cleaner still in it. They didn't touch the stove. The bathrooms were ok except the Master bath. I don't think they even went in there. They did do the windows but didn't dust the blinds at all. Over all they did a very poor job.
Description of Work: I was moving from a home and needed help getting it cleaned. I have bad knees and it is hard to get down and do base boards. I needed the bathrooms, kitchen, floors, base boards, windows, shelves, and dusting. I guess I expected a team to come in and work and all I got was a young girl who was late getting there. Worked about 30 minutes and was replaced by another lady who finished up on her own. I got 2 hours of work from a single person and still ended up doing it my self. They we nice but not very professional at all.
