The service was fine. They did a good job. They checked on everything. I didn't have any trouble getting an appointment. Their pricing was kinda in the middle and average, but they gave me a discount. The lady who assisted me was very nice and professional.

I bought it used and I will not use them again, not the greatest. I had contacted him and they ran my credit score before I got there and when I got there because he had told me no problem so I went out there and they told me I had a credit score of eight twenty nine and eight forty four supposedly is the highest you can get, they would not give me 0% financing because they said that it wasn't available and I said well it's available all the time from what I know and they said oh no we're not having that offer right now I said so when is that offer is gonna come around again they said oh probably not for quiet a while because we just ran it not too long ago so I got 1.9% financing and I'll be damned if next week 0% financing came out.

I was a long time Toyota person and I was trading in an old Toyota for a new vehicle. I had driven many vehicles and was deciding between a Toyota and a Ford. I went to take one last test drive at Toyota on Nicholasville and the salesman was very unprofessional! He acted as if it was trouble to take me on a test drive. Then during the whole drive he talked about his ex-wife! At the end of the drive I couldn't wait to get out of the car. He didn't answer any of my questions, however I couldn't really ask any because he was too busy talking about his problems. I now own a Ford and miss my Toyota. If I got one again I would switch to Green's Toyota or another dealership.

Toyota did a great job, making the car both look and smell brand new. Everything was cleaned exceptionally well, and the chrome work shone brightly. I was very pleased with the work and the price.

The sales agent was very professional. He understood our budget as well as the type of car we were interested in. (We had previously bought another Camry from the dealership about 6 years previously.) He assisted us in narrowing down the possibilities, and then walked with us through the various options the different cars had. He was quite patient as we discussed what we wanted to offer, and then worked hard with us to find some middle ground on the price. We felt we got a great car (that we've been very pleased with) at a good price that was well within our budget.

These folks are always great. They are always available to answer any question or deal with any issue. I've never had a problem here (unlike Green's Toyota in Lexington) and the work is done right.  
I will always use a Toyota dealer to work on my truck. I learned the hard way not to trust ANYONE other than a factory trained dealer to work on my vehicle.

I arranged for a rental car through the dealership because the service was going to take about 4-5 hours to complete. Overall, the service experience was good. But I do want to mention two specific things. There was a discount coupon listed in the service area which I qualified for but was not offered at the time of my dropoff. Also, we purchased the car at this dealership. I submitted a post service survey in which I commented that I did not think it was right to charge a customer for a rental, who had purchased his or her car at the dealership. I believe loyalty should be rewarded. If I am bringing my car for service to the same dealer where purchased, the dealership should acknowledge the loyalty with a courtesy loaner vs. a paid rental car. I really did not have a choice in the matter since I work and could not afford to take off a day of work to sit and wait for my car. But the staff is top notch and I have confidence in the work they perform.
