+ -1 moreNot good! The owner, Tyler Oatts, and his staff were unreliable with communication and release of funds from the rentals. This group also makes unauthorized decisions regarding cosmetic structures and does not complete work orders with timeliness and many times not at all.
Description of Work: Oversee collection of rent and disperse to owner, maintenance and repairs of house, and management of communication and documentation
