It did not go well. They removed the light fixture before starting work on the drywall ceiling. As I watched them work, I noticed that they starting screwing in the drywall panels over the opening where the light had been. I pointed this out to them and they made some hasty measurements and cut a hole in the drywall for the light fixture. The drywall went on well enough and the paint job made the bathroom look much better. They also did a reseal around the bathtub, which was long overdue. However, when it was time to put the light back in, they could not, because they had not taken into account the additional thickness of the drywall and hadn't moved the fan/light fixture down to fit in with the level of the new ceiling. When I was presented with the bill, and the light still not back in, I called the owner. I argued that I should not have to pay the full price since they were leaving part of the job undone. His reaction was anything but professional. He said that it was not his company's responsibility, that it was mine or the responsibility of the professional who had installed the light. He even called me "fickle". I hung up on him. About an hour and a half later, he called back, taking a more conciliatory tone, although his argument made no sense, saying that I couldn't put all the blame on him. He said let's split the difference (of what it would cost to have someone else come in and re-install the light). I agreed to his price, not because I thought it was fair, but just to pay him off and get rid of him.
I hired an electrician to re-install the light, so it is back in now. However, he remarked that the drywall around the hole for the fan/light fixture was not well done, leaving gaps.

Chris was nice enough, but the service was pretty terrible and over-priced. Four guys, including Chris, came to our house and had to borrow our electric extension cord and our broom. They didn't even have a marker to mark where the water line is. They tore out a minimal amount of drywall but made a total mess...tracked drywall all through our house and didn't even attempt to clean it up though we were charged for "cleanup." I would have expected a bill about half what we were charged, even with them responding on a Sunday. I'm disappointed and don't recommend this company.

We called them in the middle of the night and actually spoke with a live person, which was extremely reassuring during an emergency.  We made the arrangements for someone to come at 9:00 a.m. the next morning and they were very punctual, arriving right on time.  The representative arrived with two workers who, once we agreed upon the estimated cost of work, began immediately!  They had all of the equipment they needed with them on their truck!  They didn't have to leave and come back with a single thing!  They demolished the old, damaged ceiling in no time and without damaging anything else.  The high power fans and room humidifiers were set up efficiently and worked quickly.  The workers came back every 24 hours to check the dampness in the room, making us feel reassured that we hadn't been forgotten.  They went out of their way to make both my husband AND I feel informed and kept in the loop.  Once the room was dried out sufficiently, they removed their equipment and left without a mess left behind.

We had no major problems with them at all.  We had only one very minor incident which I think actually speaks in their favor instead.  A small birdfeeder in our backyard was accidentally broken by a worker bringing in one of the giant room humidifiers.  He immediately apologized to me personally and later he even insisted on paying for the damages out of his own pocket!  Very professional young man. 

In my opinion, every company has problems at times; It's how they handle them that shows their true colors.  And I was truly impressed by how this young man handled having broken my property.  Overall, we had a very positive experience with Rainbow Intl. and would definitely use them again in an emergency.

That worked out just fine.  We couldn't get everything done but it was not their fault, there were some restrictions and ability to access certain portions of our house.  We couldn't get the whole service but we actually contacted the vendor and gave us our little money back.  We were satisfied with them.  They were just very professional and seemed honest.  There was nothing negative that I noticed.  They accomplished what we wanted to.

The service went well. I live in a condo, but they were not aware that I live on the second floor.  They did not have a long enough tube to complete the work.  They came a week later and completed the job in two hours. The clean up was great and I could not tell they were here doing work. The price was excellent and I thought the deal was too good to pass up. We have a common heating and air in our complex and I don’t have my own furnace. They had to figure out a few things and adapted very well.  I purchased the deal and the next day they called to schedule the appointment.  I was extremely pleased with the service.

They did what they said they would do. They were efficient and made sure they left everything put back where it belonged and clean.

They called about an hour before the appointment and asked if they could come early. I missed the call, but, called back and told them to come on. They started early. They evidently had set procedures and did not really wear shoes into the house, they had on foot covers and a little carpet runway so they did not soil anything. They explained how the process worked and why things were done that way. Everything made sense after they explained. I was in contact with my HVAC person and he confirmed that what they did was good procedure. They finished the job and forgot a tool. When they came back to the door I lknew that they would have to repeat the process to keep from soiling the house. I asked what they had left and where to look. I got the tool and handed to them and saved some concern and time. I was impressed.

The representative (Brian) was responsive, his estimate was quick and fell right into what we were told was a reasonable quote for a home our size. They came right on the day and time they were scheduled and were here for a LONG time - about 5 hrs of labor - and as I was here, I saw them working the whole time. There were no "surprises" at the end and I paid them exactly what was anticipated, less a coupon they redeemed. They were thorough and I can feel the difference in the airflow - plus, they found a baseball my son put down the ducts about 15 years ago!! I have already hired them for another job and would happily recommend them to anyone.

I am very pleased with the thorough work provided by this company. They were interested, but not pushy. They were friendly, professional, and honest. Their price was half another company's estimate, and they didn't find the mold that another company said was there, and whose estimate was more than twice that of this company's. The thorough cleaning of the duct work and coils has cured my cough, and I am completely thrilled. I know they worked hard and I feel the results! Yes, I would eagerly recommend this company to anyone, and I will call them again should I ever need that kind of work.

We called Clean Pro/Rainbow of Central Kentucky on a Friday evening when we found a leak in our wall.  They immediately came over to evaluate the situation.  They set up a time to start drywall removal for the following morning (Saturday).  First they set up plastic walls/barriers to ensure my home and family would not be affected by the construction.  They were quick and thorough removing all the damaged drywall & insulation.  Then they cleaned all affected areas to ensure there were no dangerous bacteria.   They brought in equipment to dry out our wall areas.  The drying equipment ran for a few days.  Once the wall and wood was thoroughly dried, they sealed the exposed areas to ensure there would be no mold.  Soon after that, they hung drywall to replace what had been removed and reinsulated the area.  The drywall looked great.  Next, they worked to help me find someone to fix the wood flooring that had been removed due to the leak.  They helped us get the flooring replaced and refinished.  Then they reinstalled our trim work and repainted it.  Next they cleaned our air ducts to remove the dust and debris that had collected during the floor refinishing.  This service was great.  They cleaned all the dust and debris from the refinishing of the floor in addition to the other dust and debris that had collected over the years.  My home is so clean now and much less dusty.  Finally, they thoroughly cleaned our carpets and rugs.  They were wonderful to work with, always very professional and punctual. They truly went above and beyond to make sure that there was as little stress us as possible.   I would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future for routine maintenance for our air duct system and for cleaning my rugs and carpets.

The technicians were professional and provided good service.  We were extremely pleased with the outcome and would definitely use Rainbow Restoration of Lexington again in the future.  We recommended them already to someone else in the neighborhood.  

Nice and pleasant to work with and on time.  Responded right away and gave priority.  Did not pay attention to a few details and had to repeat some requests multiple times.

Excellent experience.  The gentlement who cleaned the crew were kind and courteous.  They did a very thorough job.  The carpet looked wonderful!

Workers spent two days cleaning. After first inspection, found windows had not been cleaned as specified (each side) in bid. Also some residue and streaking left, especially on ceilings. Paid half of cost. After second inspection, windows had been wiped but not clean.Contractor said presence of storm windows hindered cleaning. Some areas had been missed on walls in kitchen and some drips and runs remained on walls. Contractor felt streaking and residue on ceiling was as good as it would get. Since it was evident that a lot of difficult work had been done and that I did not have a clear idea of what to expect (how clean) as the end result, the contractor was paid in full. All contact with contractor was courteous and responsive. The final test of the work will come when the duplex is painted. If cleaning was not good enough, the paint will not adhere and the discoloration will bleed through even though we will use Kilz primer and then paint.

They were very nice to work with.  They were very thoughtful and I thought their prices were very reasonable.
