house cleaning
+ -1 moreRachael was initially very responsive when I called for an estimate on cleaning my house after finding her on Craig?s list. She made an appointment to meet with me and then showed up on time for it. After seeing my house she handed me a very thorough 3 page typed ?service agreement? outlining her terms and conditions (spelled out in precise detail and include things like a $20 extra charge for clients who smoke and $10 extra fee for pets), and then hand wrote an estimate of what she would charge for my house. I thought her price was fair. I should also mention that she has a very professional looking website with countless glowing testimonials. So based on the interview and her website, I was sure that I had found a reliable and professional housecleaner.
Description of Work: Very disappointing experience. No service was ever performed. She called and cancelled the first time (fine), but I had to contact HER not once but twice to reschedule. Then she didn't show up for the rescheduled appointment ---no call or email explanation, and I haven't heard from her since.
