They were courteous and professional on the phone, and at the time of estimate. They went over options and answered all questions well. They quickly (within one week) had the tiles shipped, and the crew set up to replace the roof. The crew arrived in the late afternoon on the arranged date, did not complete the job on the day they arrived, but completed the project the following morning. It was inconvenient to have the job take 2 days, although we did not have to be here for the repairs. They broke the water heater AND furnace vents, and have not returned to repair them as agreed upon (at + 2 weeks now). We repaired the water heater vent ourselves in the mean-time. They have been difficult to reach since the job was performed, the remaining supplies are still in our driveway, and we have not paid them yet. Had they been more prompt on the repairs, I would be very satisfied and given them straight A's, but the current response makes me wary.
