+ -1 moreIt was AWESOME!!! I don't understand how ANYONE can rate this business anything less than A+++! The Satterwhites are wonderful people, they care, they are respectful, they take the time to understand your needs and deliver exactly on their promises, on time and and done right. As a Porsche customer I understand real customer service and I can honestly say these folks are on the same level. I plan on telling everyone I know about their service and reliability, and I will be a repeat customer for many years to come.
Description of Work: Installed my camper topper for my truck.

+ -1 moreThey did a great job. Super nice, on time and friendly. They did a great job, my hitch is barely visible , much better than installs I have seen on other similar cars. Looks much better than ones I have seen installed by the car dealers

+ -1 moreWe didn't have the cover a couple months when the paint on the tailgate lock started flaking off. I took the truck into dealer. I was informed they would clean it but that was all they were obligated to do. After they cleaned the tailgate latch it was faded and the paint was gone. He told me he didn't have to do anything else. When my husband saw the latch he called the owner. He was rude to my husband and told him that there wasn't anything wrong with the latch. Also, the bed cover has pulled loose by the tail gate. I will never do business with line x of ky again!!! I have never had anyone treat me with such disrespect. I will continue to tell anyone I know not to buy anything from this business. We feel like we wasted $1,200 of our hard earned money and the bed cover and tailgate latch looks like cheep junk.
