Here at L&S Construction we are a Family owned and operated company. With Over 20 years of experience. We are a Nicholasville based company. We specialize in residential and commercial construction. So anything from Painting, Drywall, Framing, Roof Repair/Replace,Tile/Hardwood Floors, Trim Carpeting, Pressure Washing, Deck Stain &Repair,and Junk Removal. From the time we come out for your FREE estimate until the time we finish the work we are doing for you. We make sure you treat you as if your are apart of our family. When we send you your estimate with the price to complete the job. We stick to that price for the work in closed in the estimate. Under NO circumstances will we add more fees! As we are completing your work it will be done by a professional that is employed by L&S Construction. We Do Not sub contract out any of our work. If we can't complete your work with our employees we will suggest some in that field. We are insured $1,000,000 property damage and $500,000 workers compensation. So when we step onto your property you will have a peace of mind knowing everything is in good hands. In most cases we will not need any front money. We will start and finish the work with our company funds. When the work is complete and you are completely happy with the work is done. then you may pay with Cash,credit/debit, or check. My experience with L&S Construction and clean was great. The quote they gave me was more then reasonable. They showed up when they said they would and the job was done almost a whole day be for they said it would be done,(and it was all done correctly). The worker's where very friendly and respectful. Buy far I think this is one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor in a long time. I would recommend them for any work you may need.

I had a rental that needed to be cleaned out, the previous tenants left tons of garbage. I called L&S construction and cleaning, they immediately answered my phone call, they were to the address within two hours and have the job completed by the end of the day. All of their staff was very friendly overall I had a very good experience
