I found Mr. Wells on Angie's list and I texted him at 5:21am (I'm an early riser). He texted me back at 7:08am. He said he could be at my house at 11am to replace my gutters and downspouts. He texted me back at 9:34am and said he was ahead of schedule and could be there at 10am. He showed up at 9:58am. He was very professional and polite and he wasted no time getting started. He finished the job (including clean up) at 11:25am. I posted all these times because it's is VERY rare for a home improvement guy to show up on the day he's supposed to..let alone be on time. When Mr. Wells says he's going to be there, he will be there. Very impressed. Definitely would hire again. Gutters and downspouts look great. Footnote-This experience comes after I had originally hired a different company but they failed to show up (even after calling to say they would be there)

Mr. Wells is a sincere and outstanding professional. He is great person and honest . His work is Great. I highly recommend Mr. Wells. His recommendations were far superior to others I spoke too. His price was lower. I have retired from mechanical maintenance and I know good workmanship. Thank you Angie List.

Mr. Wells and his crew arrived promptly at 7 AM, just as he said.  They removed the old roof and felt and had the new felt and roof on by 7 PM the same day.  They were very courteous and professional.  They cleaned up so well it was hard to tell a work crew had been there.  I was so impressed with the promptness and quality of their work that I ask Mr. Wells to order and install Gutter Helmet.  He placed the order and installed the Gutter Helmet as soon as it arrived.  Mr. Wells has a crew that has been with him for years and the quality of their work is excellent.  It was very reassuring to know he had experienced employees.  The new roof and Gutter Helmet looks great and I highly recommend Kenneth Wells Roofing and Guttering.

Mr. Wells answered my calls and responded promptly when I left a message. He was able to schedule my job quickly and did a terrific job for a reasonable price. I initially secured him to replace the gutters and downspouts on the back of my house. He did such a good job that I had him replace the front gutters and downspouts as well. I would definitely recommend his work!

He did an extremely good job on a beautiful roof for our home. His is a family run operation and they focus on quality and neatness. Really nice people to deal with and gave me the best price in this area for the roof I got. I highly recommend him to anyone needing his kind of services.

I also hired him to put a cover on my patio. It was not satisfactory, but I called him to have him come back out to look at it. He is out here right now. Our management had given him the incorrect specifications which was the error in the first place. I talked to our property manager this morning and he says that he is thoroughly satisfied by the massive roofing and guttering project he has done for our community. Ken is out right now tearing off the cover on my patio and correcting the job as we speak. I am thoroughly impressed with his work ethic. Excellent!

There was no emergency involved in this job. New gutters were needed on portions and existing gutters needed to be removed and new section built and installed with the needed downspouts also installed. This was a job that the initial contact was made in January 2008 with the understanding that it would be worked into the Vendors schedule. The job was not completed until mid March. Cleanup and pick-up of scrap material was good, and complete.
